ADM Agri-Industries has completed a $76 million expansion of its grain terminal at Port Windsor, Ontario, marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony on September 4. The project added new grain dryers, a roadway and kiosk system for loading soybean and canola meal, additional meal storage at the nearby crush plant, and new silos and conveyors to speed export handling. Backed by up to $26.3 million from Transport Canada’s National Trade Corridors Fund, the expansion will increase export capacity to Europe, the US, and Latin America while supporting farmers across southwestern Ontario. ADM, North America’s largest grain handler with 355 storage facilities, says the project strengthens regional agriculture, transport, and marine logistics.
