The Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC) announced that a new government-to-government (G2G) contract with the Bangladesh Agricultural Development Corporation (BADC) for the delivery of Canadian potash from Canpotex Limited has been signed. This is the 9th G2G contract that CCC has signed with the BADC over the past decade. Canpotex will source the potash, through its shareholders Mosaic and Nutrien, from mines located in the province of Saskatchewan.  Canada is the world’s largest supplier of potash, accounting for approximately 40% of the global supply. To date, Canpotex has supplied Bangladesh with almost 4 million MT of Canadian potash. CCC has been integral in facilitating the reliable supply of high-quality Canadian potash from Canpotex to the Government of Bangladesh.
