The ideal candidate will have worked as a ships agent or has previous “onboard” employment

- Post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain management, or international trade.
- Very well organized and thrives on overcoming challenges
- Understanding of all common shipping documents and Incoterms
- Familiar with cargoes imported and exported from Canada
- Must be able to work independently
- Field-work, and working outside of office hours and on weekends required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Very experienced with working with Word and Excel
- Clean Driving License
- Must be able to legally work in Canada.
