Descartes Systems, a Canadian logistics software provider, has acquired Cracking Logistics, which is trading under Kontainers, a provider of freight platforms. Kontainers aims to transform the customer experience for carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics service providers with integrated solutions.
