Effective May 1, DSV and Schenker have officially merged under the DSV banner, creating one of the world’s largest logistics companies with 160,000 employees and projected annual revenues of $46 billion. The $16 billion acquisition, DSV’s largest to date, significantly expands its footprint in the German freight market and strengthens its capabilities across all modes of transport. DSV emphasized a smooth integration process to retain Schenker’s customer base and avoid service disruptions. The company has revised its 2025 earnings outlook upward by $600 million but noted that global trade uncertainties could impact full-year results.
