Seattle-based FRS Clipper has relocated its Victoria terminal to the historic Steamship Building at 470 Belleville Street, beginning March 14, to accommodate the Belleville Terminal Redevelopment Project. The move ensures uninterrupted service during construction, with a new permanent terminal expected to open in 2028. The new location offers enhanced convenience for travelers, maintaining the two-hour-and-45-minute fast ferry service between Victoria and Seattle. Established in 1986, FRS Clipper has transported over 8 million passengers and operates the Victoria Clipper V, a high-speed catamaran built in Norway.
