We are pleased that, with the assistance of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, the International Longshore and Warehouse Union Canada (ILWU Canada) and the BC Maritime Employers Association (BCMEA) have reached a negotiated collective agreement.

Later this week, the negotiated tentative agreement will go to the ILWU union membership for a ratification vote.

A stop work meeting is scheduled for the Wednesday, August 2nd 8:00 am shift for all Locals.

The voting membership is expected to vote on Thursday, August 3 and Friday, August 4. The result of the vote will be communicated once available.
