Maersk is setting up a dedicated team to accelerate the company’s decarbonization efforts. The team will be led by Morten Bo Christiansen, and will focus on speeding up the decarbonization of the company’s own operations but also of the supply chain of the company’s customers. The move is in line with the company’s ambition of becoming carbon neutral by 2050. The company believes that with significant work and effort, they will be able to meet their goals.
