NORDEN is expanding its fleet with the acquisition of four Capesize new buildings, in response to strong customer demand for larger vessels that offer improved efficiencies and reduced emissions. This move brings NORDEN closer to its goal of operating 20-25 Capesize vessels, as part of its strategy to offer a comprehensive service across all dry cargo sizes. The addition of these vessels enhances NORDEN’s ability to support larger logistics projects and advances its commitment to decarbonizing supply chains. CEO Jan Rindbo highlighted the unique full-service approach NORDEN can now offer across all dry cargo segments, emphasizing the focus on decarbonization. The new state-of-the-art vessels are scheduled for delivery between 2025 and 2027.
