Eli joined the Chamber of Shipping as the Policy Analyst in May 2026. He holds an honours degree with distinction in Resource and Environmental Management from Simon Fraser University with a focus on environmental governance, Indigenous policy, and sustainable development. He has previously worked as an analyst and communicator for several different levels of government and has served on several different local and regional environmental advisory groups.
Outside of work, Eli enjoys watching sports, mountain biking, and camping.
