Eugene Lupynis has been the Director of Customer/ Marine Logistics for UK-based Generation Company and Wood Pellet Producer DRAX, since 2012. In this role, he oversees all commercial and operational aspects of delivering over 2 million tonnes of annual production to clients across Europe and Asia.
With a career spanning 35 years in the local marine industry, Eugene has gained extensive experience and touched on many different facets of both cargo and vessel owner/operator interests. His passion for the maritime sector began after graduating from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) with a focus in Transportation Logistics and International Trade. He further solidified his expertise by successfully completing the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (ICS) program, where he now holds a Fellowship (FICS).
Eugene’s deep understanding of global logistics, vessel operations, and supply chain management continues to drive efficiencies in international shipping.
