UK-based tech firm Sedna has acquired Danish email management specialist Nordic IT to enhance its AI-powered communication platform for the maritime industry. This acquisition, for an undisclosed amount, aims to combine Nordic IT’s maritime expertise with Sedna’s next-gen technology, optimizing email management for shipping and logistics companies. The deal expands Sedna’s client portfolio to over 500 firms, including industry giants like Bunge, Glencore, and Stena Bulk. Nordic IT’s existing platforms will continue to be supported, while gaining access to Sedna’s AI features.
