Ocean Network Express (ONE) and Seaspan have established ONESEA Solutions, a new ship management company based in Singapore. This venture aims to manage both owned and chartered vessels for ONE, leveraging the combined expertise of both parent companies. Raman Handa, formerly with Seaspan’s ship management division, has been appointed as CEO of ONESEA. He stated that the partnership seeks to harness the unique strengths of each company to create a high-performing enterprise in the ship management sector. This collaboration builds upon the relationship established two years ago when ONE became a major shareholder in Seaspan, the world’s largest container tonnage provider.
